Welcoming Julius Göllner as an Advisor to The Scale Factory

ree

With 16 companies founded, Julius has spent his career building, scaling, and investing in SaaS businesses across Europe. He’s someone who knows what it takes to turn early traction into repeatable growth, and the structure needed to get there.

Today, Julius plays a central role in shaping the DACH SaaS ecosystem. He’s the founder of ARRtist, a fast-growing platform that brings together founders, investors, and revenue leaders around the shared goal of building stronger ARR engines. He also co-founded REP – Revenue Excellence Partners – which works directly with SaaS companies to help them reach product-market fit and establish a scalable sales motion.

His focus aligns closely with the kind of work we do at The Scale Factory. Many of the scale-ups we support are expanding into new markets while still refining their sales model, and Julius has deep experience guiding that transition. He’s particularly sharp when it comes to defining the first repeatable sales motion, something he sees as a pivotal milestone for any growing company.

“Reaching product-market fit isn’t a moment, it’s a process,” he shares. “And for that process to work, you need structure. You need to know what you’re testing, who you're selling to, and how to turn early wins into something scalable.”

Julius is also an active investor and advisor, supporting a wide portfolio of SaaS companies including Parloa, Cello, Localyze, Gigs, and Stotles, among many others. In every case, his role is hands-on, shaping sales strategy, refining ICPs, and helping teams build toward scalable growth.

At The Scale Factory, Julius brings a grounded, operator-driven perspective to the way we think about commercial strategy, particularly in the early phases of market expansion. He’s someone who’s walked the path many of our clients are on, bringing not just pattern recognition, but practical insight, energy, and a genuine interest in helping teams build well.

We’re excited to have him on board!
