Meet Suktika Bannerjee: Supporting Buynomics' Growth Across APAC

As Buynomics continues to scale across APAC, Suktika (Suki) joins the team to support business development with a strong regional lens and a collaborative mindset. Her focus is on helping build early traction and driving meaningful conversations in new markets.

She brings close to four years of experience in consultative B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on business development and GTM execution across APAC. Having worked in markets that differ not just in language but also in pace, priorities, and decision-making structures, Suki has developed a strong appreciation for tailoring conversations to local realities, something that aligns closely with The Scale Factory’s approach to commercial expansion.

“The opportunity to support Buynomics’ growth in APAC really resonated with me,” she shares. “It’s a region I’ve worked closely in and care about. The cross-cultural nuance, the speed at which some markets move, the importance of local context, it’s all familiar and energising.”

She first heard about The Scale Factory through a former colleague and quickly connected with the way the team operates. “What stood out was the clarity and focus,” she says. “There’s a real sense of purpose behind the work. It felt like a place where I could learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully, not just execute.”

Suki’s approach is rooted in creating value through clear, open conversations and results-driven strategy. She’s passionate about helping businesses scale by understanding what truly matters to customers and working from there, an approach that reflects how The Scale Factory supports companies like Buynomics in building commercial traction in complex markets.

Outside of work, Suki finds balance through writing, dancing, and mindfulness. “Journaling, trying new choreography, or just taking a quiet moment to reflect, those are the things that help me stay grounded and present.”

With her regional experience, thoughtful energy, and collaborative approach, Suki is a great addition to the team, and we’re excited to have her supporting Buynomics’ journey in Asia.
