Johan De Geer brings with him 20 years of executive management experience in emerging markets and is a Founding Partner of Endurance Capital – a long term collaborative activist investment fund into Vietnamese public mid caps. He is a part of its Investment Advisory Committee, responsible for it’s fundraising and has experience from serving on several Boards in the fund’s holdings.
Mr. De Geer also serves as the Chairman of cross-border mid cap M&A network CDI Global’s Vietnamese affiliate, TBRC, which he also founded.
He resides in Vietnam where he has lived since 2012. Initially Johan moved there as the Managing Director of Oriflame – one of the country’s most known cosmetics consumer brands with a country-spanning sales network including tens of thousands of independent distributors. Prior to that he held various C-Level, Sales, Marketing and Country Management positions in the Baltics and in the Ukraine where he focused on turning around and scaling businesses.
Mr. De Geer is a passionate telemark skier and language practitioner. He has learned to speak 6 languages including intermediate Vietnamese.
