Benn Sykes joins The Scale Factory as Commercial Head ANZ

The Scale Factory is happy to announce the appointment of Benn Sykes as Commercial Head ANZ to head up the growth for existing and new Clients across Australia and New Zealand and help open the doors to Asia for ANZ scale ups.

“This is an exciting milestone for The Scale Factory as we officially launch our business in Australia with Benn. We have already started to grow several of our Clients in the region and experience an increasing demand for their services and products in the market. With Benn on board we’ll be able to capitalise on this demand and further fuel the growth of The Scale Factory and most importantly our Clients across ANZ” says Pierre Martensson, Founder and Managing Partner.

Benn comes with a rich experience as a sales and revenue leader across companies such as Daily Mail Australia, CarAdvice.com and News Corp Australia. Most recently he served as the Commercial Director for Wealth and Auto for Future Publishing Australia and prior to that served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Expert Media.

“Benn has the right mix of commercial skills and entrepreneurial attitude, with a wealth of experience across the publishing industry. He will bring immense value to our Clients that are looking to grow in the ANZ region” says Lars Bjørge, Founder and Managing Partner.

In addition to growing existing Clients in the Pacific region, the launch of TSF Australia will also make it easier for tech scale ups from Australia and New Zealand that want to unlock the growth opportunities across Asia.

Pierre adds: “We are truly excited to bring innovative B2B tech companies from Australia to Asia, a region that is known for creating world class software and technology companies. Knowing the importance of having a local counterpart that they can connect and interact with, we are incredibly happy to now have Benn on the ground. As more companies are looking towards Asia to grow their business and achieve true scale, we are excited to be in a position to partner with them and help them along that journey.
