We did it because we believe the market needs more outcome-based consultancy — work that is measured in revenue, not recommendations. The partnership takes effect immediately.

Differ is one of the strongest strategy and technology houses in the Nordics — a firm that unites strategy, creativity and technology to move businesses, brands and people forward, and part of Xlent Consulting Group. This partnership brings together their consulting depth and our hands-on commercial execution, giving Nordic scaleups a single route from strategy through to revenue. We didn't start from a slide. We tested the model first, on a joint client engagement earlier this year — and it worked well enough that both firms now treat it as the template for how we intend to work together.


The gap it closes

We see the same gap on most engagements: the handover between the strategy work and the team that has to actually land the revenue. The strategy gets signed off, then stalls when no one owns the execution. This partnership is built to remove that break. The combined offering is twofold:


  1. A thorough go-to-market audit and a roadmap for improvement — a clear, prioritised view of where the revenue engine is leaking and what to fix first.

  2. A team that delivers on the roadmap — a dedicated revenue unit, integrated into the client's organization, combining systems, processes and people to carry the strategy through to predictable revenue.


Differ owns the structured thinking at the top end. We own the execution all the way through to revenue. The client gets one standard across both.


Why this partnership works

We don't partner often, and we don't partner lightly. What makes this one different is how exact the fit is.

Differ's work is rigorous, evidence-led and senior — the same bar we hold ourselves to. That matters more than it sounds, because most strategy-to-execution handovers fail on a drop in standard, not a drop in effort. When the thinking and the delivery are held to the same standard, the client stops feeling the seam.


It also extends what we can do for clients without diluting what we're good at. Our strength is building and running dedicated revenue units that produce predictable revenue. Differ's is the structured, data-backed strategy that points those units in the right direction. Neither of us has to pretend to be the other. We each do the part we're best at, and the client gets a continuous line from first principles to closed revenue rather than two suppliers and a gap in the middle.

A shift in Nordic consulting

We think this reflects a broader shift in the Nordic consulting market. Boutique firms are forming structured alliances to take on larger, cross-border mandates — without losing the senior attention and specialisation that clients hire them for in the first place. Both firms will continue to operate independently, and we'll go to market jointly where client needs call for it.
